What is your phone actually costing you?

Being found is half of it. The other half is answering. Move the three sliders. Nothing is sent anywhere, it all runs in your browser.

Walking out of the door each year
£11,232

That's about 1 booking a week you never hear about.

The £395 monthly plan costs £4,740 a year.

Most clinic owners guess low on the first slider. Count a week honestly: the calls that ring out during treatments, the 9pm DMs, the Saturday voicemails. These are your figures and your assumptions. The £250 audit replaces them with the real count from your own phone, Instagram and web form.

How the score works

A score you can act on.

Sixteen points across the four places new clients find you and decide whether to book. Each area is worth four points, so you can see exactly where you're losing people.

01

Google & Maps

Where you appear for your treatments in your area, and whether your name, address and phone match everywhere.

4 points · 25%
02

Reviews

How many Google reviews you have, and how recently the last one came in.

4 points · 25%
03

AI search

Whether ChatGPT names you, and whether your site is set up for AI tools to read.

4 points · 25%
04

Booking journey

One clear way to book, and a way to catch visitors who aren't ready yet.

0–7

Needs attention

Clients are searching for your treatments and finding your competitors. These fixes move fastest.

8–12

Solid foundations

You're found, but leaking enquiries you've already earned.

13–16

Strong

The gap now is AI search, where almost nobody in your area is competing yet.

Reading your result

The breakdown matters more than the total.

Two clinics can both score 9 and need completely different things. The example clinic makes booking easy, but AI tools can't see it at all. Its first fix isn't a new website. It's AI search set-up and consistent listings.

That's why your fix list is sorted by what's weakest first, not by what's easiest to sell you.

What is the Clinic Visibility Score?
A quick self-assessment of how easily new clients can find your clinic and book, across Google & Maps, reviews, AI search and your booking journey. Sixteen points, four per area.
Is the score the same as the audit?
No. The score is based on your own answers. In the £250 audit I check each area myself, with evidence, and write it up.
What if I'm not sure of an answer?
Pick the "not sure" option. It scores zero, not because you've failed, but because if you can't see it, a new client probably can't either. Treat it as something to check, and the audit checks it properly.
Can a high score guarantee more bookings?
The score shows where you're losing clients and what to fix first. Fix those areas and more of the people already searching for your treatments find you, and book.
